DueAtlas
Privacy
Last updated: July 12, 2026. This page explains what DueAtlas collects, stores, and uses to provide renewal tracking, reminders, documents, team access, billing, and account security.
Account details
We store the information needed to run your account, such as your name, email address, business name, timezone, settings, notification preferences, password hash, verification status, and accepted terms version.
Company users
If your company uses team access, we store invited user names, email addresses, company roles, verification status, and activity needed to manage access.
Renewal records
The records you create may include vendor names, renewal dates, notice periods, costs, billing cycles, owners, categories, action notes, payment references, uploaded documents, renewal outcomes, and record history.
Uploaded documents
PDFs you upload are stored so they can be viewed with the related renewal record or past renewal cycle. Uploaded documents may contain business information that you choose to provide, so only upload files your company is allowed to store in DueAtlas.
Billing and payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. DueAtlas stores billing status, selected plan, Stripe customer and subscription references, and related invoice or subscription events needed to manage access. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Tax and invoice details
Stripe may collect billing address, tax location, tax identification, payment method, and invoice information where needed for payments, tax calculation, receipts, compliance, and dispute handling.
How we use information
We use account, company, renewal, billing, and document information to show your dashboard, save settings, send product emails, track record changes, manage team access, process subscriptions, and run reminder workflows.
Product emails
Product emails may include verification links, invitations, password reset links, renewal reminders, weekly digests, security notices, and operational messages.
Operational logs
DueAtlas may keep logs for sign-ins, reminder attempts, email delivery, record changes, errors, timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and other events needed to operate and secure the service.
Website analytics
DueAtlas uses Google Analytics on public website and signup pages to understand visits from sources such as direct email links and to improve the signup journey. Google Analytics is not loaded inside the authenticated renewal dashboard. We do not intentionally send renewal names, notes, costs, uploaded PDF contents, contract text, passwords, or full payment card details to analytics.
Security practices
We use protected storage, password hashing, access controls, admin two-factor authentication, scoped data access, backups, rate limits, and operational monitoring to help safeguard account and renewal data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Current service providers
Current service categories include hosting and server infrastructure, Postmark for product email, Stripe for payments and billing, and Google Analytics for public website measurement. Providers may change as DueAtlas grows.
Sharing
We do not sell renewal records or personal information. We may disclose information when needed to provide the service, process payments, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect rights and security, or complete a business transition.
Customer control
For company renewal records, uploaded documents, and team access, the customer controls what is entered into DueAtlas. DueAtlas processes that information to provide the service and support the account.
Your controls
You can update account settings, change notification preferences, export renewal records, archive records, delete archived records, manage team access when your plan allows it, and contact us for help with privacy requests.
California and US privacy requests
If you are in California or another US state with applicable privacy rights, you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information associated with your account. Some business records may need to be retained for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
Retention
We keep account, renewal, document, billing, and log data while it is needed to provide the service, maintain records, support the product, secure the system, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet operational and legal requirements.
Deletion and history
Current renewal PDFs can be deleted from the active record. PDFs saved with completed renewal cycles may remain with that historical cycle while the company account retains access to that plan history. Archived renewal records can be cleared from Account settings. Stripe billing records, security logs, email logs, and backup copies may remain for operational, security, billing, legal, or recovery reasons.
Data minimization
DueAtlas is designed to stay focused on the information needed to manage renewal dates, notice windows, ownership, reminders, documents, and record history.
Children
DueAtlas is a business product and is not intended for children under 13.
