DueAtlas
Terms
Last updated: July 12, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using DueAtlas, including renewal records, reminders, uploaded documents, team access, trials, and paid subscriptions.
Who provides the service
DueAtlas is the service name used by the operator of dueatlas.com, based in California. In these terms, “DueAtlas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that operator. General and legal notices may be sent to hello@dueatlas.com. Billing questions may be sent to billing@dueatlas.com.
Business use
DueAtlas is intended for businesses and professional teams that need to track subscriptions, contracts, licenses, policies, leases, and other recurring commitments. You may not use the service if you cannot accept these terms or if your use would violate applicable law.
Your responsibility
DueAtlas helps organize renewal dates, notice periods, owners, costs, reminders, uploaded documents, outcomes, and history. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the renewal, cancellation, payment, procurement, and contract decisions your business makes.
Reminder limits
Dashboard statuses, reminder emails, digests, and test reminders are operational tools. They do not replace your own calendar, contract review, legal notice process, vendor communications, or payment controls. DueAtlas is not responsible for missed renewals, missed cancellations, late fees, auto-renewals, lost savings, or vendor disputes caused by inaccurate records, email delivery issues, or missed review steps.
Account security
Keep your login information private, use accurate account information, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Activity in your account is your responsibility unless it results from a security issue on our side.
Company and team access
Company owners and team leaders are responsible for inviting the right people, choosing appropriate access levels, removing users who no longer need access, and making sure team members are allowed to see the company renewal records and uploaded documents.
Your records and rights
Only add renewal records, contract notes, vendor details, uploaded files, payment references, and business information that you are allowed to store, manage, and share with DueAtlas for the purpose of providing the service.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded files should relate to renewals or contracts your business manages. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, full payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, regulated health information, or documents you are not permitted to store in the service.
Subscription plans
Starter is $15/mo, Plus is $29/mo, and Pro is $59/mo unless a checkout page shows a different authorized offer. Paid plans determine access to renewal history, historical PDFs, and company user limits. Plan limits, features, prices, and availability may change for future billing periods, but active customers will be shown the plan terms that apply through the billing flow or account area.
Early access trial
When the Plus early-access offer is shown during signup and Stripe Checkout, eligible customers receive Plus free for 90 days. After the trial, Plus is $29 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. The offer may end for new signups at any time, but ending the offer does not shorten a trial that Stripe has already confirmed for an existing customer.
Recurring billing
By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the price and interval shown during checkout until the subscription is canceled. Billing is managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal. We may send trial-ending or billing notices as a convenience, but you remain responsible for managing the subscription. If payment is not received, access may be limited, suspended, or canceled.
Taxes
Displayed prices do not include applicable sales, use, gross receipts, excise, VAT, GST, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be calculated, collected, or shown through Stripe where required. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or assessments that apply to your purchase when they are not collected through the checkout process.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal when billing is active. Unless the checkout or billing flow says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.
Exports and closure
If you stop using DueAtlas, export renewal records and download documents you need before closing the account. Deleted records, archived records, uploaded files, logs, or older history may not be recoverable after retention or cleanup processes run.
Acceptable use
Do not use DueAtlas for unlawful content, unauthorized access, spam, phishing, security testing without permission, scraping, interference with other customers, attempts to bypass plan limits, or activity that could disrupt the service.
Availability
We work to keep DueAtlas available, but maintenance, updates, outages, provider issues, email delivery delays, or changes can happen. Keep separate records for renewals that are critical to your business.
No professional advice
DueAtlas helps track dates, notices, actions, files, and renewal history. It does not provide legal, financial, procurement, insurance, tax, accounting, compliance, or contract advice.
Service provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every reminder will arrive, every calculation or customer-entered date will be correct, or the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect only to the extent required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueAtlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, opportunities, or contracts. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount your company paid DueAtlas during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Your indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify DueAtlas against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content or documents your company uploads, your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by DueAtlas.
Third-party services
DueAtlas relies on third-party services such as Stripe for billing and Postmark for product email. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service. DueAtlas is not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we will work to restore affected DueAtlas functions when practical.
Product changes
We may add, change, or remove features to keep the renewal workflow clear, useful, secure, and focused. We may also update security controls, plan limits, or operational processes as the service changes.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for the service, is unpaid, appears compromised, or is used in a harmful way.
California law and disputes
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to give the other written notice and 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Claims that cannot be resolved will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires another location.
Assignment and severability
You may not assign your account or these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the plan and price shown during checkout, and any written order or addendum accepted by both parties form the agreement for the service and replace prior discussions about the same subject.
Updates to these terms
When these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of DueAtlas after the effective update means the updated terms apply.
